Thinking You Are Going Crazy - How Panic Away Can Help

By richard | Jan 29, 2010

Dealing with the loss of someone dear to us is painful and difficult to handle. It was devastating when my girlfriend’s mother died. Shortly after her mom’s passing she started to realize how much she was forgetting things. Being a perfectionist, super organized and always on the ball forgetting things really started to make her feel uneasy. Forgetting an appointment or misplacing her keys again and again would throw her straight into a anxiety attack. However, she immediately thought that this forgetfulness must be from some sort of undiagnosed disease and then those thoughts would attack her… what if it’s cancer or a brain tumor? What if I die? Why can’t I get this Panic away from me?

She began feeling unsure of herself, unable to focus or concentrate and scattered as more time went by. All of these obsessive, irrational thoughts would send her into an anxiety or panic attack and spiralling out of control. She would research on the internet for hours trying to find which disease she had. She was certain she was going crazy. She didn’t even want to talk about it with any of her family or friends fearing that they would all think she’s crazy too. She was scared.

Grieving is a process and it takes time, death is a huge tragedy. It’s not uncommon to feel forgetful, overwhelmed or scatter-brained. However, because her mind at the time could not think logically, her irrational thoughts seemed completely real and she became obsessed with running to the doctor every time she’d forget something else. When the doctor diagnosed her with General Anxiety Disorder she was happy because she felt relief but scared because she didn’t know how to make her anxiety go away.

The cause of her anxiety was her fear of dying, especially since seeing her mom die. Most reasons of panic and anxiety come from being fearful of something. If you suffer from anxiety or panic have you asked yourself what you`re afraid of? The fear during the night would wake her up and have her trembling. Her obsessive, imagined thoughts consumed her.

Since using Panic Away her thoughts are kicked to the curb! She knows now that her thoughts as awful and frightening as they were, were not logical or real. The Panic Away program teaches you how to stop the fear of you thinking you’re going crazy. It has taught her how to regain control and her memory and confidence has improved.

Feeling like you’re going insane and nervousness are common when experiencing anxiety but the truth is that you don’t have to suffer from any more panic or anxiety attacks. Panic Away’s powerful One Move Technique (21-7 Technique) can restore you back to your care- free, normal self no matter how long you`ve been suffering
